PRADHEEPA RAMAN is Chief Transformation Officer of Global Tools & Storage at Stanley Black & Decker. In this global role, Pradheepa leads the charge for innovating talent practices with our 60,000 employees around the world and plays a critical role in the success of our exponential organization based in Silicon Valley. She uses neuroscience, AI and other technology and a people-centric design thinking approach to reshape how organizations look to attract, develop and engage their talent.

Prior to joining the company in January 2018, Pradheepa was the Head of Talent, Diversity & Employee Engagement for Samsung Electronics America. In this position, Pradheepa built the organizational infrastructure to support the talent needs of the Consumer Electronics and Mobile & Content businesses. Prior to Samsung, Pradheepa spent eight years with Avaya, where she was the Global Director of Talent Acquisition & Diversity.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University in India, and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University.
